I am a licensed clinical psychologist currently accepting clients in Florida — for self-pay and Aetna — and Colorado for self-pay. I am also PsyPACT approved, which means I can work with self-pay clients via telehealth in any of the 40+ participating states and territories.

If Dr. Alpizar does not accept your insurance, she will make an effort to assist you in filing the proper paperwork so you may receive reimbursement from your insurance carrier. However, this is not a guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for your treatment.

You may wish to contact your insurance plan or your company's Human Resources Department to inquire further regarding eligibility for partial reimbursement of the fee you pay for my psychotherapy services.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
